Expansion
If you purchased the expansion and are not seeing unlocked content, you will need to restart your client.
Character
There is currently an issue with transferring a character back to a region after leaving it.
This issue is under investigation. While we investigate the issue, please refrain from transferring back to your previous region.
Abilities
There is an issue preventing block cancelling after casting Ice Storm.
This will be resolved in an upcoming update.
There is an issue preventing Berserk from cancelling stuns.
This will be resolved in an upcoming update.
Perks
The "Refreshing Divine Embrace" perk for the Life Staff is not reducing the ability's cooldown when used on targets below 50% health.
This issue is under investigation.
Trials
The Winter Rune Forge puzzle sometimes does not appear.
This will be resolved in an upcoming update.
Crafting
Some players are unable to craft research projects at the workshop.
This issue is being investigated further.
Crafting recipes such as research recipes or the Fine Camp Skin that do not give an item and only grant experience will automatically abort and result in a failure error message.
We are working on a fix for this issue.
Items
Diamond Gypsum Pouches are in a broken state.
We are working on a fix for this issue.
Lifetaker has been temporarily disabled due to an issue with the artifact not properly applying damage.
We are working on a fix for this issue.
Tempest Fury's Endless Spins perk is not functioning consistently.
This will be resolved in an upcoming update.
Crashes
Some players are experiencing crashes during OPR and experiencing lag after the most recent update.
We are aware of this issue and investigating further.
Skins
"The Tower" camp skin is temporarily disabled due to an identified issue with the skin.
We will update once this skin is available to use again.
Server Transfer
Players who are inactive for over 180 days will be asked to choose a new server.
Note: Servers that are Fresh Start or marked as "Full" will be ineligible to transfer even if that is your original server.

Errors
When launching the game, Unrecoverable Error "No Product Information Found" may be encountered.
If you have IPv6 enabled, you will need to disable it.
You will need to re-launch the game after receiving this error.
Some players may receive a "Lag Detected" error message and experience lag or connection issues.
Some players may receive a "character_restore_failure" error message when logging in.
This issue is being investigated further.
Some players may receive an error message stating "Invitation Declined" or "Lobby requirements have changed and you do not meet them" when trying to join Expeditions.
This issue is under investigation. We recommend ensuring you have the Azoth Staff equipped before joining Expeditions.
Some players may receive an error message stating "Attempted to change PersonaID for non-latent name" when returning to the game after an extended period of time and cannot play their character.
We are aware of this issue and working on a fix.
Accessibility
Speech to Text does not function consistently when leaving a group.
